This is our foray into the world of
Renaissance Garments.
A summer dress, the fabrics are light and cool except for the black velvet
bodice (reads maroon in these pictures).
We can make your Renaissance garment if you so desire. These garments are fun, using sewing techniques fairly obsolete to
contemporary clothing.
This dress includes a bumm role, farthingale (boned underskirt), overskirt, bodice
with pearl studded sleeves, partlet, with neck and sleeve ruffs made of lace.
